Multi-Day Prostitution Sting in Oklahoma City Leads to 62 Arrests, Firearm and Narcotics Seizures

During a multi-day prostitution sting conducted by the Oklahoma City Police Department's Vice Unit, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit, and Homeland Security agents, 62 men were arrested on felony charges of offering to engage in prostitution. The operation, which took place along South Robinson Avenue, also led to the seizure of three firearms, a small amount of narcotics, and the impoundment of 55 vehicles. This sting targeted the demand side of prostitution to combat human trafficking.
