'Operation Naughty List': High School Principal Arrested in Prostitution Sting

James Brian Shillingburg, the principal of Clements High School in Fort Bend ISD, was arrested during 'Operation Naughty List' for soliciting prostitution. The operation aimed to reduce the demand for sex workers by targeting sex buyers. Shillingburg was caught agreeing to pay for sexual acts with an undercover detective and was subsequently taken into custody. His next court hearing is scheduled for January 22, 2024.
