Illinois Woman Arrested in Evansville for Prostitution After Citizen Complaint

The Evansville Police Department arrested a 38-year-old woman from Illinois, Ashley Kinsey, after a citizen complaint about her soliciting sex at a fuel center. During the investigation, officers discovered Kinsey had a non-extraditable warrant from Missouri. She was arrested and charged with prostitution under local ordinance 30-5-3 (e).
