High-End Brothel Ring Bust: Three Arrested in Federal Crackdown Linked to Politicians and Military

Three individuals, Han Lee, Junmyung Lee, and James Lee, have been arrested in connection with operating high-end brothels in the Boston area and Northern Virginia. The brothels allegedly served a clientele including military officers and elected officials. The operation, which started in summer 2020, involved charges of conspiracy to coerce and entice illegal sexual activity. The defendants face up to 20 years in prison, with allegations including money laundering and the use of fraudulent identities for leasing apartments. Investigators believe there are hundreds of undisclosed clients and additional prostitution networks linked to James Lee.
