Eight Arrested in Valentine's Day Prostitution Sting in Schenectady

On Valentine's Day, Schenectady police conducted an anti-prostitution sting resulting in the arrest of eight individuals. The operation, which involved the Schenectady Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, New York State Police VGNET, and the Schenectady County Street Crimes Task Force, led to charges of prostitution and patronizing a prostitute. Those arrested were released and are scheduled to appear in court in March.
