Novant Health Manager Suspended After Arrest in Rowan County Prostitution Sting

Jay Streater, a radiology manager at Novant Health, has been placed on leave following his arrest in a prostitution sting in Rowan County. Streater was among 15 individuals charged in the investigation conducted between October 10 and October 14. Novant Health is reviewing the matter internally. Solicitation of prostitution in North Carolina is initially a misdemeanor but can escalate to a felony upon conviction.
