Operation Pumpkin Spice: 11 Arrested in Midland Prostitution Sting

The Midland County Sheriff's Office, in collaboration with the DPS Criminal Investigations Division, conducted 'Operation Pumpkin Spice,' a two-day sting operation targeting prostitution and human trafficking. The operation, held on September 20 and 21, resulted in the arrest of 11 individuals for solicitation of prostitution and other related charges. Among those arrested, Frank Brown had a warrant as a fugitive from justice out of Louisiana, and Jakob Sanchez, a convicted sex offender, will face a warrant for failure to comply with the sex offender registry. All individuals were booked in the Midland County Jail without incident.
