Strip Club Owner and Staff Arrested in Tolland Prostitution Sting; $6M in Cash and Covid Loan Fraud Exposed

On May 15, 2024, a prostitution bust at the Electric Blue Café in Tolland, Connecticut led to the arrest of three men. Kenneth Denning, 67, the owner from Holland, Massachusetts, is accused of making nearly $6 million in unreported cash from the club and falsely receiving a $150,000 Covid relief loan. Also arrested were Joshua Baker, 41, the club’s manager from Willimantic, Connecticut, and William Mayo, 41, the club’s bouncer from Manchester, Connecticut. They face charges related to prostitution, tax evasion, and fraud.
