Deputy Chief Fired After Arrest in Prostitution Sting Operation

Brian Harris, a deputy chief at the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office, was fired after being arrested during a prostitution sting in Montgomery County. Harris, along with 13 other individuals, was charged with solicitation of prostitution. The sting operation, conducted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance, took place at a hotel in the Spring-Woodlands area. Harris, a former Houston Police Department detective, remains in jail as of the following morning.
